RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are hereby advised that at the general meeting of the Company
held at 10:00 today, 18 January 2018, at La Concorde, 57 Main Street, Paarl
(“General Meeting”), all of the resolutions proposed were passed by the
requisite majority of Niveus shareholders.

As indicated above, the GABS Acquisition, as defined and detailed in the
Company’s circular to shareholders dated 18 December 2017 (“Circular”), has
been approved by shareholders. It is anticipated that the remaining
conditions precedent to the GABS Acquisition will be fulfilled by no later
than 30 January 2018, with the result that the GABS Acquisition will be
implemented on 1 February 2018, in accordance with the salient dates and
times section of the Circular.
