INITIAL TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of paragraph 6.26(a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are
required to publish an initial trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable
degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the period to be reported on will differ by at
least 20% from the financial results for the previous corresponding period or a profit forecast
previously provided to the market in relation to such period.
Shareholders are advised that there is a reasonable degree of certainty that, for the year ended
30 June 2026, both earnings per share ("EPS") and headline earnings per share ("HEPS") will
increase by more than 700% compared to the EPS of 0.93 cents per share and HEPS of 1.08 cents
per shares in the prior comparative period.
A further trading statement is expected to be published during September 2026.
