NOTICE CONVENING THE GENERAL MEETING OF VISUAL SHAREHOLDERS


Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on 26 March 2026 and are advised that
the RAL Trust – Various Related Party Transactions and Reversal of Provision Circular ("the Circular")
has been finalised and will be distributed to shareholders on or about 18 June 2026. Shareholders are
advised that the General Meeting of Visual Shareholders will be held electronically at 10:00 on
Thursday, 16 July 2026.

Further information regarding the RAL Trust – Various Related Party Transactions and Reversal of
Provision and the General Meeting is available in the Circular. The salient dates are set out below:
