EXTENSION OF TIME FOR POSTING OF THE RAL TRUST CIRCULAR

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 25 March 2026 in which
they were advised that details of the posting of the Circular and Notice of General Meeting
would be announced in due course.

The Company approached the JSE in seeking an extension pursuant to paragraph 8.18(b) of
the JSE Listings Requirements to post the circular to shareholders by 10 June 2026 as additional
time is required to finalise the pro forma financial information that will be incorporated in the
Circular.

Visual shareholders are advised that the JSE has accordingly granted the Company a further
extension to 10 June 2026 in order to post the required Circular.

The Company will publish a further SENS announcement should there be any changes to this
date.
