DISPOSAL OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTY IN DURBAN, KWA-ZULU NATAL
Marshalls shareholders are referred to the terms announcement published on SENS on Wednesday,
22 October 2025, wherein they were advised that the Company via its wholly owned subsidiary,
Monteagle Property Holdings Proprietary Limited, concluded a Disposal Agreement in terms of which it
will dispose of the immovable property known as Nicol Garage, Durban, Kwa-Zulu Natal to Trestan
Distributors Proprietary Limited (the "Purchaser") for a consideration of R68.5 million. The Company has
now received confirmation from the Purchaser that the beneficial owners of the Purchaser are Mr
Abdulla Ally and Mr Bilall Ebrahim Abdoola.
Marshalls confirm that the R5 million non-refundable deposit has been paid by the Purchaser into the
conveyancer's trust account in terms of the Disposal Agreement.
