UPDATE ON LIQUIDATION APPLICATION

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by the Company on 24 August 2026
regarding the liquidation application (“Application”) brought against the Company.

The Company advises shareholders that, on 25 August 2026, the High Court delivered an ex
tempore order striking the Application from the urgent roll, with costs awarded against the applicant.

Accordingly, no provisional liquidation order was granted against the Company.

The Company is in the process of obtaining the written order. Once received, the Company will
advise shareholders by way of a further announcement if any material information arises therefrom.

The Company expects to issue its next quarterly update in relation to the ongoing suspension of
trading of the Company’s shares on or about 28 August 2026.
