AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2025

It is hereby advised that the audited annual financial statements of UsPlus for the year ended 28 February 2025
("Annual Financial Statements"), including the unqualified audit report of Moore Infinity Inc, the Issuer's
registered auditors, are available for inspection at the registered office of the Issuer and on the Issuer's website
at:

https://www.usplus.world/financial-results

The Issuer confirms that a reclassification of certain amounts disclosed in the Statement of Financial Position
and the Statement of Profit or Loss and Other Comprehensive Income in the prior period financial statements
took place. No error, adjustment or change accounting policy occurred. The nature, extent and reason for
the reclassification is contained in Note 30 of the financial statements. Each year, management review the
financial statements to identify areas where disclosures can be improved to achieve fairer or clearer
presentation for users. This year, reclassifications of comparative figures arose through this process to group
certain assets and liabilities with the same or very similar characteristics consistently within homogeneous
classes.
