RESTRUCTURING PLAN AND DISPOSAL OF SS-CONSTRUÇÕES (MOÇAMBIQUE) LIMITADA
UPDATE

Stefanutti Stocks hereby provides shareholders with an update on the Restructuring Plan and the
disposal of SS-Construções (Moçambique) Limitada as reported in the Unaudited Condensed
Consolidated results of Stefanutti Stocks for the six months ended 31 August 2024 published on 26
November 2024, and the announcement dated 28 March 2025.

Shareholders are advised that the Lenders agreed to extend the capital repayment profile of the loan as
well as its duration to 30 June 2026.

With respect to the disposal of SS-Construções (Moçambique) Limitada, Shareholders are advised that
the parties have extended the period for fulfilment or waiver of the condition's precedent to 31 May 2025.
Shareholders will be updated as to progress with respect to the Proposed Transaction.
