LIFTING OF SUSPENSION

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by the JSE on SENS on
26 February 2025 in which shareholders were advised that the listing of AYO shares had
been suspended due to the Company's failure to comply with the JSE Listings
Requirements (the "Requirements") by not publishing its annual report for the year-
ended 31 August 2024 within the period prescribed in paragraph 3.16 of the
Requirements.

Shareholders are hereby advised that:

1. the Company published its annual report and audited consolidated annual financial
   statements for the year ended 31 August 2024 on 31 March 2025;
2. the Company also published its audited separate company annual financial
   statements for the year ended 31 August 2024 on 25 April 2025; and
3. the respective annual consolidated and company financial statements and annual
   report are available on the Company's website on: https://ayotsl.com/investor-
   centre/2024-2/.

The Company is pleased to inform its shareholders that the JSE will be lifting the
suspension of trading in the Company's shares with effect from 14:30 on 29 April 2025
and accordingly, shareholders will be able to commence trading in their AYO shares.
