The Issuer has registered a ZAR5,000,000,000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme (the “Programme”)
with the JSE Limited (the “JSE”) pursuant to a programme memorandum dated 23 September 2026 (the
“Programme Memorandum”).

Any note(s) issued will be pursuant to the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Programme
Memorandum, read together with the relevant applicable pricing supplement(s) in respect of such note(s).
