CHANGE TO THE BOARD AND BOARD SUB-COMMITTEE

In accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings
Requirements, Toyota Financial Services hereby advises noteholders that Mr. Alan Hedding, an
independent non-executive director of the Issuer, has notified the board of directors of the Issuer
("Board") that he will retire as a director at the conclusion of the Issuer's upcoming annual general
meeting, scheduled for 18 June 2026. Mr. Hedding will accordingly step down as Chair of the Issuer's
Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee on said date.

The Board wishes to thank Mr. Hedding for his invaluable contribution during his tenure and wishes
him the best in his future endeavors.
