Receipt of US$10 million in funds from SA sale

Jubilee, the Zambia copper focused producer, is pleased to announce that, following completion of the
sale of its South African Chrome and PGM Operations, the Company has now received the second
cash instalment of US$10 million from Chrome One as outlined in the circular released on 12 August
2025 ('Circular').
