Hammerson plc announces the publication of a supplementary prospectus dated 27 August
2026 (the “Supplementary Prospectus”) to the base prospectus (the "Base Prospectus")
relating to the £5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme under which Hammerson
plc is an issuer. The Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct
Authority and has been published.
A copy of the Supplementary Prospectus has been submitted to the National Storage
Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at and can be downloaded from:
