FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS' ("BOARD")
RESOLUTION TO APPLY FOR PROVISIONAL LIQUIDATION ORDER

Shareholders are referred to the Company's previous cautionary announcements, the last of which
was published on 1 April 2026, in which shareholders were advised that the Company was engaged
in negotiations which, if successfully concluded, may have had a material effect on the price of the
Company's securities.

Shareholders are hereby advised that engagements relating to the proposed transaction have
terminated and will therefore not proceed. The successful conclusion of the proposed transaction
was expected to provide the Company with adequate funding to support its ongoing operations and
strategic objectives.

In light of the termination of these engagements, and having regard to the Company's financial
position and after obtaining appropriate professional advice, the Board has resolved that it is in the
best interests of the Company, its creditors and affected stakeholders to apply to the High Court of
South Africa for an order placing the Company into provisional liquidation.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the
Company's securities until a further announcement is made.
