Shareholders are advised that, following the release of the Group's audited financial results for the year
ended 28 February 2025 on SENS on 29 April 2025, a presentation of the results will be made to
analysts at 14h30 today.

The presentation will be held online, details of which will be made available to all confirmed
participants. The presentation will be available at 12h00 on CMH's website
https://cmh.co.za/investor .
