NOTIFICATION OF FURTHER DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE
YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2026
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 30 July 2026 advising that Sebata
would not be in a position to publish its audited annual financial statements and annual integrated report
for the year ended 31 March 2026 (“Results”) by 31 July 2026, and that publication was subsequently
expected on or before 14 August 2026.
Shareholders are advised that the Results have not been published by the revised date.
The Company has been advised by its external auditors, Nexia SAB&T, that the completion of the audit
remains subject to an independent quality review of the audit procedures by an external reviewer. This
review forms part of the audit completion process, is ongoing and is outside the control of the Company
and its management. As a result, the auditors are not yet able to provide a reliable completion date and,
accordingly, the Company is unable to provide a revised date for publication of the Results at this stage.
The Company will continue to engage closely with the auditors and will provide a further update as soon
as a reliable timetable for completion has been established.
The Board regrets the continued delay and remains committed to publishing the Results as soon as the
outstanding audit processes have been concluded.
