NOTIFICATION OF AN UPDATE TO THE R 4 000 000 000 ASSET BACKED NOTE PROGRAMME

Amber House Fund 7 has received JSE Limited approval in terms of its amended and restated R 4 000 000 000 
Asset Backed Note Progamme dated 13 August 2025.

A summary of the changes made to the programme are as follows:

     - Changes made to comply with the prevailing JSE Debt and
       Specialist   Securities  Listings   Requirements  ("DSS
       Requirements") and updates of references to the DSS
       Requirements;
     - Updates to comply with the mandatory provisions of law,
       including, but not limited to, amendments to the
       Financial Intelligence Centre Act and updates to
       Exchange Control Regulations effective after the
       establishment of the programme;
     - Updates to Risk Factors; and
     - Updates to contact details and website links.


The amended and restated programme is available for inspection on the SA Home Loans' website at:
