AUDITED CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2026


Rex Trueform is an investment holding company incorporated in South Africa and listed on the JSE Limited ("JSE") in the
"apparel retailers" sector. The company has investments in fashion retail, property, media logistics, technology and water
infrastructure.

 FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS

  -   Revenue increased by 9.3% to R954.5 million (2025: R873.6 million)
  -   Gross profit margin % decreased to 53.7% (2025: 54.9%)
  -   Operating profit decreased by 23.5% to R57.6 million (2025: R75.3 million)
  -   Earnings per share decreased by 53.4% to 59.2 cents (2025: 127.0 cents)
  -   Headline earnings per share decreased by 48.7% to 66.1 cents (2025: 129.0 cents)
  -   Net asset value per share increased by 14.7% to R23.39 (2025: R20.39)
  -   Ordinary dividend per share paid amounted to nil cents (2025: nil cents)
