AUDITED CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2026


AOE is an investment holding company incorporated in South Africa and listed on the JSE Limited ("JSE") in the "apparel
retailers" sector. The company has investments in fashion retail, property, media logistics, technology and water
infrastructure.

FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS

  -   Revenue increased by 9.3% to R954.5 million (2025: R873.6 million)
  -   Gross profit margin % decreased to 53.7% (2025: 54.9%)
  -   Operating profit decreased by 24.6% to R55.8 million (2025: R74.0 million)
  -   Earnings per share decreased by 72.4% to 29.3 cents (2025: 106.4 cents)
  -   Headline earnings per share decreased by 67.7% to 35.6 cents (2025: 110.0 cents)
  -   Net asset value per share increased by 10.9% to R21.62 (2025: R19.49)
  -   Ordinary dividend per share paid amounted to nil cents (2025: nil cents)
