CHANGES TO THE COMPANY SECRETARY

In terms of paragraph 6.71(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that Mr WT Green ("Whitney") will be retiring as the Company Secretary at
the upcoming Annual General Meeting on 11 August 2026.

Shareholders are further advised that Light Consulting Proprietary Limited will be
appointed as Company Secretary, with effect from the same date.

The Board would like to express its gratitude to Whitney for his valuable services over
19 years and wish him well in his retirement.
