NOTIFICATION OF REPURCHASE: SPLIT OF R186 INTO R010, R187 AND R188

The National Treasury refers bondholders to the announcements published on SENS on
Tuesday, 4 November 2025, Friday, 14 November 2025 and Friday, 5 December 2025, respectively
("Announcements") wherein holders of the R186 (10.50%) 2025/26/27 government bond were advised of
the formal commencement of the voluntary split of the R186 bond into three new series, namely R010, R187
and R188, effective Wednesday, 5 November 2025 and concluding on Thursday, 4 December 2025
("Voluntary Split"), as well as the execution date of the mandatory split effective Tuesday, 9 December 2025
("Mandatory Split").

Any capitalised terms not defined in this announcement shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in the
section of the Programme Memorandum headed "Terms and Conditions of the Notes".

Further to the Announcements, the National Treasury hereby advises that, pursuant to the Voluntary Split,
the Nominal Amount of R186 (10.50%) 2025/26/27 government bond was reduced by R140 706 400 748.00
as a result of the repurchases and the remaining Nominal Amount balance of R146 968 355 490.89 will be
automatically allocated in accordance with the Mandatory Split.
