Change in Formula for Cash Settlement Amount
A technical error has been identified in relation to the formula for the determination of the Cash
Settlement Amount of the Notes and amended with effect from the Issue Date, 27 June 2024

The amendment consists of the change to the formula for the calculation of the Cash
Settlement Amount of the Notes if the Final Index Level is less than 70% of the Initial Index
Level on the Exercise Date.
The applicable Cash Settlement formula has been corrected from:
"Cash Settlement Amount per note = Notional *([FIL/IIL]) +30%"
to
"Cash Settlement Amount per note = Notional *([FIL/IIL])"
The amendment reflects what was agreed upon with Noteholders on the trade date
