FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT



Shareholders of Mahube (“Shareholders”) are referred to the cautionary announcement published on SENS on
8 September 2026 (“Cautionary Announcement”) and are advised that the board of directors of the Company
has constituted an independent board of directors as required in terms of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 and
Companies Regulations, 2011 (“Independent Board”) to consider and engage with the Consortium in relation
to the Proposed Offer. Unless otherwise defined herein, the capitalised terms used in this announcement bear
the same meaning as those defined in the Cautionary Announcement.


Shareholders are advised that the Independent Board is still engaging with the Consortium. Accordingly,
Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until a
further announcement is made.


The Independent Board accepts responsibility for the information contained in this announcement as it pertains
to the Company. To the best of the Independent Board’s knowledge and belief, the information contained in
this announcement is true and nothing has been omitted which is likely to affect the importance thereof.
