CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT: RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT AND AMENDMENTS TO THE FORM
OF PROXY

Shareholders are referred to the 'Consolidated Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 28 February
2026, Cash Dividend Declaration, Distribution of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting'
announcement ("Results Announcement") released on SENS on 27 May 2026 and are advised that the
percentage change relating to Earnings and diluted earnings per share (cent) was erroneously reflected as
7% instead of 10%, as set out in the Executive Review contained in the Annual Report.

All other information contained in the Results Announcement remains unchanged.

Additionally, shareholders are advised that Ordinary Resolutions 8 and 9 in the Form of Proxy were
inadvertently transposed. An updated Form of Proxy has accordingly been made available on the Company's
website (accessible at https://www.isa.co.za/shareholdermeetings/ISAholdAGM2026FormofProxy02.pdf),
and revised copies of the Form of Proxy have been distributed to shareholders.
