Shareholders are hereby advised that all conditions precedent to the transaction have now been fulfilled, including: 1. The completion of the transaction being subject to regulatory approval from the Competition Commission. The approval was received on 8 May 2025. 2. The confirmation by the Seller that there have been no material adverse changes that have affected FBS and FFS between the signing of the agreements and the closing date.
