The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. ("Company"), hereby informs about the change
of the website address to www.gtcgroup.com. Information required by law (including current and
financial reports of the Company), information in the area of investor relations, ESG and other
corporate information will be published on the new website.

Legal basis: Art. 5 point 10 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 29 March 2018 concerning
the submission of current periodical information by the securities' issuers and the conditions of
recognizing as equal the information demanded by the national lawful regulation of a country which
