NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND THE SALIENT DATES AND TIMES FOR
SHAREHOLDING ON THE SOUTH AFRICAN REGISTER


Shareholders are advised that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of shareholders of the
Company are to be held virtually on Wednesday,17 June 2026 at 10:00 a.m. (Pacific time) /
07:00 p.m. (South African time).

The Company has elected to use the Notice & Access provisions under National Instrument 54-
101 and National Instrument 51-102.

THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND MANAGEMENT RECOMMEND ALL SHAREHOLDERS TO
VOTE BY PROXY TO ALLEVIATE THE POSSIBILITY OF TECHNICAL ISSUES REGARDING
VIRTUAL VOTING. THE AGM WILL BE HOSTED VIRTUALLY VIA A LIVE AUDIO WEBCAST
AT TSX Trust Virtual Meeting: https://virtual-meetings.tsxtrust.com/1917, Password: "EPL2026".

Kindly note the following salient details:

 Last day to trade to be on the Register for the Record Date          Tuesday, 21 April 2026
 to vote

 Record date to be entitled to receive the notice of AGM               Friday, 24 April 2026
 and information circular ("Circular") and to be eligible to
 attend and vote at the AGM

 Circular mailed to Eastplats shareholders on                             Friday, 8 May 2026

 Receipt of forms of South African proxy in respect of the            Thursday, 11 June 2026
 AGM of Eastplats by 7:00 p.m. (South African time)

 AGM to be held at 7:00 p.m. (South African time)                    Wednesday, 17 June 2026

 Results of AGM announcement released on SENS                        Wednesday, 17 June 2026
