The Company published its AFS on 30 September 2025 and IAR on 2 October 2025. Shareholders are advised that, in accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements ("Listings Requirements"), the Company was required to release its results for the six-month period ended 30 June 2025 ("Interim Results") within three months of that date, being by no later than 30 September 2025. Failure to release Interim Results timeously constitutes non- compliance with the Listings Requirements and may result in the continued suspension of the Company's securities. Trading in the Company's shares remains suspended at this stage and Wesizwe continues to engage actively with the JSE.
