Holders of the listed SBEN07 Equity Share Basket Linked Notes
("the Notes") which are redeeming on 10 March 2025 are informed
that the level of the Equity Share Basket Linked Note was
determined and calculated on 03 March 2025 as 126.4368.


Following this determination and calculation holders of the
Notes are advised as follows:


  1. Holders instruct Standard Bank to sell the Share Basket on
     behalf of the holders of the Notes and pay the redemption
     amount of such sale of the Share Basket to the holder of
     the Notes, will receive on 10 March 2025 an amount of 615
     058.00 South African cents per Note equivalent to the value
     of the relevant Share Basket held by them on the Record
     Date.


  2. After payment of the sale proceeds of the Share Basket on
     Monday 10 March 2025, the Notes (SBEN07) will be de-listed
     from the JSE on Tuesday 11 March 2025.
