FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE

•   Revenue increased to R387.679 million (2025: R268.727 million)
•   Total comprehensive income decreased to R6.907 million (2025: total comprehensive income of
    R105.079 million)
•   Headline earnings per share decreased to 5.29 cents (2025: headline earnings per share of 100.66
    cents)
•   Basic earnings per share decreased to 6.01 cents (2025: basic earnings per share of 91.17 cents)
•   No dividend declared for the period (2025: Nil)

Shareholders are advised that Sebata’s integrated annual report for the year ended 31 March 2026 (“IAR”),
which incorporates the audited annual financial statements, has been distributed to shareholders today,
28 August 2026.

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of Sebata (“AGM”) will be held at
