CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements,
Toyota Financial Services hereby advises noteholders that Mr Shingo Kato has tendered his resignation as a
non-executive director of the Issuer, with effect from 26 November 2025, as he proceeds on retirement.
Mr Kato's appointment as a director of the Issuer was in his capacity as a representative of Toyota Financial
Services Europe & Africa. Mr Kato's replacement on the Issuer's board of directors ("Board") will be announced
in due course.

The Board wishes to thank Mr Kato for his invaluable contribution during his tenure and wishes him the best in
his future endeavors.
