Investec Bank Limited (“Investec”), as Issuer of the above Equity Structured Product (ESP), hereby reminds holders of
their option expiry on 22 August 2019 (see the related securities above) and are referred to the SENS announcement
dated 16 August 2019.

The Final Reference Price exceeded the Put Option Strike Price on the Expiry Date, the Put Option expired out of the
money and Holders are obliged to pay the Premium (R63.39) to the Issuer.

The Issuer will sell the Holders Underlying Securities for the Final Reference Amount (R14,944.02) and the proceeds,
less the Premium (R14,880.63), will automatically accrue to the Holder via instruction through STRATE on 28 August
2019.

Holders that have elected and requested the Issuer to utilize the Underlying Securities to reinvest into a quantity of new
ESPs shall receive one new SPIB32 to be listed on or before 20 September 2019 for every ESPIB5 held. The Holders’
new positions in SPIB32 following the expiry of ESPIB5 will be allocated by 26 September 2019.
