NOTICE IS GIVEN TO ALL HOLDERS OF SBC095 ZAR24,333,250 S&P Dow
Jones iTRAXX® Europe Crossover Series 42 LISTED NOTE DUE
20 December 2029 (Stock Code: SBC095 and ISIN Code: ZAG000211699)
(the "Note") issued in terms of The Standard Bank of South Africa
Limited's Structured Note Programme (the "Programme")) on 02
January 2025. Capitalised terms used and not otherwise defined in
this announcement have the meaning given to them in the Pricing
Supplement of the Note, as read with the Programme Memorandum.

Pursuant to the Restructuring Credit Event which occurred in
respect of Ardagh Packaging Finance PLC. ("Ardagh"), as advised in
an announcement dated 23 January 2026, the Pricing Supplement will
be amended as follows:

1.   the   Aggregate   Nominal   Amount   will   be   amended   to
ZAR23,999,750;

2.   the Nominal Amount of the Affected Portion (being the Portion
relating to Ardagh) will be amended to ZAR 206,915;
3.   the FO of the Affected Portion (being the Portion relating to
Ardagh) will be amended to "Not Applicable"; and

4. the record date is 18 March 2026.


Notice is given to Noteholders for information purposes only.   No
action is required by Noteholders.
