conditions of the note programme, as amended or supplemented from time to time, and in accordance with paragraph 6.22(a)
of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, of the following technical change in each of the
applicable pricing supplements (APS):
     - Change of signing date
     - Change in an authorised signatory

The amended APS for the FRS447, FRS448, FRS449 and FRS450 notes are available through a secure electronic manner
