Correction Announcement To The JIBAR Released On 20 January 2026

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on 20 January 2026,
titled " Harcourt Street 1 (RF) Limited - Interest payment notification H142T1" and are advised
that the announcement contained an error under the section "Coupon."

The announcement incorrectly stated the 3M JIBAR at 7.555%

The correct 3M JIBAR is: 6.975%

Other than the correction above, all other information in the announcement remains
unchanged.
