EARLY FULL REDEMPTION: FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE FINAL REDEMPTION
AMOUNT

Noteholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 17 August 2026 and are now advised of
the Final Redemption Amount that will be applied to the early full redemption of the NWF010 Notes.

The details of the final redemption amount of NWF010 are as follows:

Early Full Redemption

Following the occurrence of the early Full Redemption Event, the Notes will be redeemed early at the
Redemption Amount of 101,892 cents per Note with the total redemption amount of R11,513,818.46.
