TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of paragraph 3.4 (b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Stefanutti Stocks hereby provides shareholders with a trading update of the group's results for the six months
ended 31 August 2025.
With reference to previous announcements, SS-Construcoes (Mocambique) Limitada and Stefanutti Stocks
Construction Limited remains as held for sale. Consequently, the results for the current and comparative prior
period reflect continuing and discontinued operations in accordance with International Financial Reporting
Standards.
In respect of continuing operations, earnings per share is expected to reflect a profit of between 42,35 cents
and 48,40 cents per share, representing an improvement of between 40% and 60% on the earnings per share
of 30,25 cents per share for the comparative prior period. Similarly, headline earnings per share is expected
to reflect a profit of between 41,18 cents and 46,86 cents per share representing an improvement of between
45% and 65% on the profit of 28,40 cents per share for the comparative prior period.
In respect of total operations (comprising both continuing and discontinued operations), earnings per share is
expected to reflect a profit of between 28,81 cents and 29,16 cents per share representing an improvement of
between 1 585% and 1 605% on the earnings per share of 1,71 cents per share for the comparative prior
period. Similarly, total headline earnings per share is expected to reflect a profit of between 33,08 cents and
35,72 cents per share representing an improvement of between 150% and 170% on the profit of 13,23 cents
per share for the comparative prior period.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported on by
the group's auditors.
The release of the results for the period ended 31 August 2025 is anticipated to be published on 25 November
2025.
