RESULTS: PROPOSED AMALGAMATION OF THE REITWAY GLOBAL PROPERTY DIVERSIFIED PRESCIENT
ETF (‘RWDVF”) WITH THE REITWAY GLOBAL PROPERTY PRESCIENT ACTIVELY MANAGED ETF (“RWAGP”)

Investors are referred to the SENS announcements released on Friday, 24th of July 2026, regarding of ballot
procedure in respect of the amalgamation of the Reitway Global Property Diversified Prescient ETF (“RWVDF”) and
Reitway Global Property Prescient Actively Managed ETF (“RWAGP”) and are advised that the audited results of
the voting ballot procedures were as follows:

The ballot closed on the Friday, 4th of September 2026, and of the investors who participated in the ballot, a majority
of investors, excluding the Manager, voted in favour of the amalgamation of RWDVF with RWAGP as proposed in
terms of section 99 if the Act. The absence of a response was regarded as a vote in favour of the amalgamation.



Approval of Commencements of the Amalgamation

The amalgamation will be effective from commencement of business on 21st of October 2026.

A separate announcement has been made regarding the income distribution to holders of RWDVF for the period
ending 30th September 2026.


The above dates and times are subject to amendment at the discretion of the Manager, subject to the approval of
the JSE, if required. Any such amendment will be published on SENS.


Investors should not be negatively impacted during the transition period of both the amalgamation, which will come
into effective by the close of business day of 21st of October 2026 and immediately proceed to be business as usual
on the 1st working day thereafter. The portfolios will be managed with the same care and diligence as in the past.
