New Financial Instrument Listing Announcement – IBL331

Application has been made to the JSE Limited ("JSE") for the listing of ZAR500,000,000 Senior
Unsecured Callable Mixed Rate Notes (stock code IBL331), under Investec Bank Limited's Domestic
Medium-Term Note and Preference Share Programme dated 17 March 2021.

The IBL331 Notes will be issued to Noteholders              on   the   date   of   listing   being
5 September 2025 with effect from commencement of trade.

                                                          practice and any spread published by a
                                                          governmental authority or industry body
                                                          and notified to the Noteholders in
                                                          accordance        with        Condition
