Shareholders and noteholders are advised that Burstone will be providing a pre-close operational update
for the six months ending 30 September 2026 via a SENS announcement on Monday, 28 September 2026
at 14:00.

Burstone has elected to marginally defer its pre-close announcement date, solely to incorporate imminent
strategic developments on the SA Core plus platform, such that shareholders and noteholders are provided
with a complete and current update on Burstone’s operational and strategic position.
