 UNAUDITED INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2025

1.   SALIENT FEATURES

     Profit for the period decreased by R8.8 million to R37.4 million from R46.1 million in the
     prior corresponding period.

     Headline earnings per share decreased to 8.8 cents per share, from earnings of 10.8
     cents per share in the prior corresponding period.

      Basic earnings per share decreased to 8.8 cents per share, from earnings of 10.8 cents
     per share in the prior corresponding period.

     There was no interim dividend declared in respect of the six months ended 31 December
     2025(2024: Nil).
