CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the board of directors of Safari
("the Board") wishes to advise shareholders that Mr Willem Jakobus Lategan ("Wikus") and Mr
Conrad Ryan Dormehl ("Conrad") have been appointed as independent non-executive directors of
the Company with effect from 22 September 2025.

Wikus is a seasoned chartered accountant with over two decades of expertise in financial
management, corporate strategy, and real estate development. After joining Calgro M3 Holdings as
Financial Director in 2008, he progressed to Managing Director and later served as Group CEO from
March 2017 until December 2024.

Wikus now serves as co-founder and director of ION Holdings, an investment firm specialising in
residential real estate development, property investments in the residential and hospitality sectors,
and innovative financial solutions for these markets and their clients.

Conrad is a corporate and commercial attorney with specialist expertise in property developments,
mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, competition law, and various forms of
commercial agreements. He is a trusted commercial advisor to a number of blue-chip, private and
statutory organisations with a reputation for consistently delivering innovative, commercially savvy
and industry-specific solutions.

Conrad has been instrumental in formulating policies, overseeing corporate governance, conducting
legislative reviews, and drafting regulations to enhance compliance and operational efficiency in both
private organisations and regulatory bodies. His notable present and past clients within the property
sector include Atterbury Properties, Divercity, Moolman Group, Twin City Development and GAP
Infrastructure Corporation.
