noteholders are hereby advised of the following early partial capital reduction of the VF01A notes,
effective on 3 March 2026.

The partial capital reduction is as a result of an early principal repayment of the outstanding loan amount
received from two underlying Credit Receivers and is effected pursuant to the terms of clause 7.5 of the
Issuer's ZAR2,000,000,000 Asset-Backed Securities Programme Memorandum.
