RAND WATER
Rand Water is established in terms of the Water Services Act, 1997 (the "Act"). Through the Department of
Water and Sanitation and duly represented by the Minister of Water and Sanitation, the Government of the
Republic of South Africa is the sole shareholder of Rand Water. In terms of the Act, Rand Water's primary
activity is the provision of bulk water supply services (potable bulk water and sanitation services) within the
predetermined service area.

NOTIFICATION OF AN AMENDMENT OF A MANIFEST ERROR IN THE APPLICABLE PRICING
SUPPLEMENTS – RWL26 and RWL28
Rand Water hereby gives notice to the noteholders of RWL26 and RWL28 Sustainability-Linked Bonds, in
accordance with the terms and conditions of the note programme, as amended or supplemented from time to
time, and in accordance with paragraph 6.22(a) of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings
Requirements, of the following manifest error in Annexure A of the applicable pricing supplements:
The cumulative figure for "Sustainability Performance Target" under line item 3 of the 'Sustainability Table' has
been amended to 5687 from 5677. Note that the actual additional amount of 495 is correct.
