In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that Mr Francesco Bianco, an alternate non-executive director to Ms Leanne Wood, has resigned
from the Vodafone Group and will step down from the Vodacom Board with effect from
31 July 2025.

Mr Saki Macozoma, the Chairman of Vodacom Group, thanked Francesco for his valued
contribution to the Board and wished him much success with his future endeavours.
