UPDATE ON BOARD COMMITTEES

Pursuant to the paragraph 6.42(c) of the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Requirements, we
hereinbelow advise the noteholders of the changes to Eskom Board committees.

Following changes to the Board of Directors of Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd, as published on SENS on 28
October 2025, changes to the membership of the following Board committees have been approved as
reflected below:
