2026 Notice of Meeting
BHP Group Limited (BHP) will hold its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Sydney Showground,
Exhibition Hall 5, 1 Showground Road, Sydney Olympic Park, New South Wales on Thursday 22
October 2026, starting at 10:00am (Sydney time). The Notice of Meeting and Proxy Form can be
accessed via BHP’s website at bhp.com/agm and have been submitted to the FCA National Storage
Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at:
https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
In accordance with Regulation 7.11.37 of the Corporations Regulations 2001 (Cth), persons who are
registered holders of shares in BHP as at 7:00pm (Sydney time) on Tuesday 20 October 2026 are
entitled to attend and vote at the AGM as shareholders. Share transfers registered after that time will
be disregarded in determining entitlements to attend and vote at the AGM. The last date to trade for the
purposes of the Listing Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange will be Thursday 15
October 2026.
Shareholders entitled to attend and vote at the meeting can appoint a proxy to attend and vote for them.
To appoint a proxy, submit the proxy form no later than 10:00am (Sydney time) on Tuesday 20 October
2026.
Shareholders who hold BHP shares that are traded on an exchange other than the ASX and would like
to vote on the resolutions that will be proposed at the AGM should do so in advance of the meeting by
following the instructions set out in the Notice of Meeting.
Shareholders registered on the South African section of the register whose shares are held in the Strate
Proprietary Limited system for electronic clearing and settlement and holding of uncertificated securities
via a Central Securities Depositary Participant (CSDP) or broker should provide their voting instruction
to the CSDP or broker (as applicable) in enough time to allow the CSDP or broker to advise the registrar.
