African Media Entertainment Limited, a broadcast company listed in the Media and Entertainment sector in the General Segment of the Main Board of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, with a

Revenue UP 14% at R 359.7 million
Operating profit UP 9% to R 68.3 million
Net profit before tax DOWN -6% to R 73.0 million
Profit attributable to equity holders DOWN -10% to R 50.3 million
Headline earnings UP 17.8% to R 61.5 million
EPS DOWN -10.0% to 726.2 cents
HEPS UP 17.8% to 887.7 cents
Interim and final dividends (gross) UP 11.1% to 500 cents
The group revenue increased by 14% from R359.7 million in 2025 to R314.9 million. Operating profit increased by 9% to R68.3 million from R62.5 million in March 2025.
The earnings per share for the year decreased from 806.6 cents in 2025 to 726.2 cents.
The headline earnings per share increased from 753.7 cents in 2025 to 887.7 cents.

Declaration of final dividend no 26
The board has declared a final dividend (dividend no 26) of 380 cents per ordinary share (gross) for the year ended 31 March 2026.
The dividend is subject to the Dividends Withholding Tax ("DWT") that was introduced with effect from 1 April 2012.
In accordance with the provisions of the JSE Listings Requirements the following additional information is disclosed.
* the dividend has been declared out of distributable retained earnings;
* the local Dividend Tax rate is 20%;
* the gross dividend amount is 380 cents per ordinary share for shareholders exempt from DWT;
* the net dividend amount is 304 cents per ordinary share for shareholders liable for DWT;
* the company has 6 929 577 ordinary shares in issue ; and
* the company's income tax reference number is 9100/169/71/4.
The following dates are applicable to the dividend:
Last date to trade in order to be eligible for the dividend: Tuesday, 7 July 2026
Date trading commences ex-dividend: Wednesday, 8 July 2026
Record date: Friday, 10 July 2026
Date of payment to shareholders: Monday, 13 July 2026
Share certificates may not be dematerialised/rematerialised between Wednesday, 8 July 2026 and Friday, 10 July 2026, both days inclusive.
