RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING TO APPROVE THE DISPOSAL OF THE GENERATION
EDUCATION GROUP


Further to the announcements published on SENS on 3 September 2026 and 14 September 2026 and the
Circular distributed to Shareholders on 3 September 2026, and using the terms defined therein, unless otherwise
stated, Shareholders are advised that at the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 14 October 2026, the
Resolutions proposed thereat for the purposes of approving the Disposal were approved by the requisite
majority of votes.

Shareholders are advised that:
-          the total number of Shares in issue as at the date of the General Meeting was 222 710 698.
-          the total number of Shares that were present in person/represented by proxy at the General Meeting
           was 192 460 192 Shares being 86.42% of the total number of Shares in issue.
