CHANGE TO DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES


Further to the announcement released on SENS on 1 April 2026 regarding the resignation of the
Chairperson of the board of directors of Sebata ("the Board"), shareholders are advised, in compliance
with paragraph 6.71 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, that Mr Craig Anderson King, a
non-executive director, has been appointed as Chairperson of the Board with immediate effect.

Having served as an executive director of the Company since 31 March 2017, Craig assumed the role
of non-executive director on 17 September 2024.

The Board welcomes Craig's appointment into his new role, and looks forward to his continued
contribution to the Company.
